Since being admitted to practice in Georgia in 2020, Mr. Pulliam has built a reputation for providing diligent advocacy, practical guidance, and compassionate representation during some of the most difficult moments in his clients' lives.
A native of Mississippi and the son of military parents, Mr. Pulliam was raised in Liberty County, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree from Morehouse College, graduating with honors in Economics with a concentration in Mathematics, before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2020
Mr. Pulliam began his legal career as a Public Defender in the Atlantic Judicial Circuit, where he represented clients charged with offenses ranging from low level misdemeanors to serious violent felonies. He also served as counsel for participants in the Atlantic Judicial Circuit's Accountability Courts, including Drug Court and Veterans Court, gaining valuable experience helping individuals address underlying issues while navigating the criminal justice system.
After his work as a Public Defender, Mr. Pulliam transitioned into private practice, focusing on family law matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, legitimation, and modifications. This experience broadened his perspective and strengthened his ability to advocate for clients facing highly personal and emotionally charged legal disputes.
In early 2025, Mr. Pulliam joined The Howard Law Group, where he continues to represent clients in both criminal and family law matters. His diverse background allows him to approach cases with a comprehensive understanding of the legal system and the challenges clients face when their freedom, family, or future is at stake.
Inspired by the words of Marcus Aurelius, "You have power over your mind—not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength," He believes that while clients cannot always control the challenges they face, they can control how they respond to them, and effective legal representation can help them move forward with confidence and purpose.
Whether advocating in the courtroom or negotiating a resolution outside of it, Mr. Pulliam is committed to protecting his clients' rights, keeping them informed throughout the legal process, and pursuing the best possible outcome in every case.
